When informing a customer of a rise in their rent, it is essential that the correct information is used in the preparation of their notification.
Send worked closely with WHG's agency, Word Association to ensure that a range of database-driven information, such as rent, utilities and service charges were merged and printed within a 6 page notification letter and schedule of costs.
Such a project required a great deal of care and attention, which Send was able to provide, with the resulting annually repeated job.
