POS Response Fulfilment
In its portfolio of Town Pubs and Classics, Mitchells and Butlers control a large number of different price variations for both drinks and food offered. Segregating the different price points in storing the point of sale (POS) materials such as posters, translights and menus created a challenge.
By developing the CRM database facility, Send was able to know the correct pricing for each pub. When replenishment orders came in, Send was able to pick and post the right materials without the client needing to specify the pricing requirement.
