About Us

Send Marketing Solutions Ltd is based in Birmingham.

History
A subsidiary of the WAA group, the company grew initially from the need of a leading national advertising agency to provide a fulfilment solution for its range of leisure clients.
The business, then named Impacked, quickly developed expertise in response fulfilment to retail and leisure outlets with new point of sale and campaign marketing materials. The complexity of the various price levels led to the development of the client fulfilment CRM database.
New clients were recruited through networking and recommendation by existing customers. In the autumn of 2004, the business was repositioned as Send Marketing Solutions Ltd.
